Yes.


We accept most major medical insurance including Medicare. We file your insurance as a courtesy to you, as well as audit all explanation of benefits for ensure your benefits are being applied correctly. If you are unsure whether we are contracted with your current insurance carrier, please give us a call!

We also accept Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Reasonable payment plans are available if needed.

We will be happy to discuss fees and payments with you at any time.

We accept insurance payments, however, you will be responsible for all co-pays and deductibles. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment is expected at the time of service unless arrangements have been made at the front desk prior to being seen by the doctor. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Reasonable payment plans are available if needed.

This depends.

This depends on your insurance carrier’s requirements. If you have an HMO policy a referral may be required. The best way to determine this is to call the customer service number listed on your card to verify with your insurance company. If a referral is needed, you may need to contact your PCP (primary care physician) to obtain your referral. Each PCP is different as to their requirements to give referrals. We are happy to assist you with this process.

Your first visit takes approximately 1 to 1½ hours.

We will call to verify your insurance information and benefits.

You will have an examination with Dr. Post. He will review your history and conduct an orthopedic and neurological evaluation.

Depending on the complexity of your case and test findings, Dr. Post may recommend x-rays which can be performed in office or will refer you for other diagnostic testing.

Following your evaluation, we will do our best to provide any appropriate care on that visit. You will also receive specific home instructions. Our goal is to get you on the path to feeling better as soon as possible.

Absolutely!

We offer consultations at no cost to you. This gives you an opportunity to meet Dr. Post and our staff and ask questions. If you decide to proceed with chiropractic care we will schedule you at the soonest available appointment.

Our primary treatment methods include:

Chiropractic adjustments. Methods offered include Gonstead, Diversified, Activator, SOT, Webster, and Arthrostim.

In addition, we offer Physiotherapeutics (Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Ultrasound, Intersegmental Traction, Diathermy, Galvanic, & Cryotherapy). We prescribe exercise instruction (strength, stretching, proprioceptive challenge or balance and posture). We also offer advice on activities for daily living and ergonomics, as well as basic nutrition.

    We have them available in our office if you are unable to print them from this site.
  • A picture ID if you are over the age of 18.
  • A parent or guardian needs to be present if you are under the age of 18.
  • Recent X-rays/MRI/CT Scans if they are available. This reduces repeat testing and minimizes your cost for treatment.
  • Insurance cards. These allow us to verify your insurance and file the appropriate claims on your behalf.
  • A list of your prior surgeries and medications, as well as known drug allergies.

We Determine the Best Possible Treatment

Dr. Post reviews your history, his test findings and any other pertinent information to determine the best course of treatment for you. He will go over your report of findings on your second visit. Together you and Dr. Post will discuss what is best for you.

If it is determined that you should proceed with chiropractic care, we will get you started on your chiropractic treatments! Your visits should take between 15 to 30 minutes.

Yes, we do.

We treat them throughout their pregnancies and after delivery. One common issue during pregnancy is back pain. Dr. Post has had special training (Webster technique) in treating pregnant moms.

Absolutely!

All humans have a spine, and even newborns can have spinal issues. Think of how difficult the birth process can be on their little spines. As they start growing, there are lots of falls, jars and jolts throughout their little lives. Each patient is treated with techniques and procedures which are appropriate for their age, condition, etc.
